I was home schooled all through high school, but I come from a large family, which made me outgoing. Although I wasn’t lacking in social skills, I didn’t have many friends when I graduated from high school. By general definition, a cabana is a 3-sided building adjacent to ocean or water, but another way to think of it is as a sunny coastal area's answer to the traditional inland pub. Many years ago on his 6-mile cliff walks between Biondi and Coogie Beaches in the Sidney, Australia area, Steve Kautz noticed cabana bars neatly situated at intervals all along the way....more
