Is a Writing Problem Stalking You?
Visit Your Writing Center

Do you suffer from Writing Anxiety Syndrome? Do you understand your instructor’s writing assignment? Do you need help with organization, grammar or punctuation? Have you honed your thesis statement? If you answer “yes,” to any of these questions, you might make grandma and yourself happy by connecting with any of the PPCC Writing Centers where you can work with trained tutors.

METRO: A Sleek and Smooth High-Class Ride
Colorado Springs Transit recently announced new and expanded bus service, which will start on November 3. On that date Colorado Springs Transit will become Mountain Metropolitan Transit. This is the first phase of major improvements in expanding regional service. Viagra May Be For Babies and High Blood Pressure Relief
Sildenafil, better known as Viagra, now has another purpose besides its use for erectile dysfunction. Viagra is being used to treat pulmonary hypertension disease with high blood pressure of the lungs caused from constricted blood vessels. There is no cure for this disease, and in the past, there have not been many treatments. Viagra has been tested and proved that it releases pressure in the lungs. ...more

The cost of living and college tuition is rising every year. After a student finishes college, most are in debt, and PPCC students are no exception. For instance, PPCC students spent $10 million in loans in 2004-05. ...more

College tuition is on the minds of every parent and student in America, and lately the prices for attending an institution of higher learning are getting more and more expensive. Many institutions have to raise the tuition costs as state government may remove more and more funding from them.

PPCC Karate Team Takes Five
Stacy Tartt was down four points to one. With a black belt and a member of the PPCC Karate Team, he fought back to even the score at five apiece. The next point would win the match. Sparring back and forth, both opponents looked at the judge. He didn’t say stop the match, opponent hit Tartt and scored the next point, winning the match. Ultimately, the opponent won the whole tournament.
