500 grams chopped ground beef
22 grams mushrooms
One chopped onion
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp curry
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp steak-sauce (A1)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper
½ cup ketchup
½ cup heavy cream
2 eggs (lightly whipped)
1 cup grated cheese
Sautee the chopped onion in oil or butter, add ground beef and brown, add spices, then ketchup, heavy cream and mushrooms. Bring to a boil and mix well. Pour into casserole dish; pour shredded cheese on top, then the whipped eggs. Bake at 475?? F for 20-30 minutes. Serve over rice with salad and garlic bread.
