Looking Beyond the Moon
Dr. Robert Zubrin, author of numerous books concerning space travel to Mars, including The Case for Mars: The Plan to Settle the Red Planet and Why We Must and Entering Space: Creating a Spacefaring Civilization. During his recent lecture at the Centennial Campus, he outlined plans for a manned operation to Mars, demonstrated technology that would be used to explore the red planet, and discussed the importance of such a mission and what it could hold for the future of mankind...more

Colorado Two-Year College Merit Scolarship
The Colorado Two-Year College Merit Scolarship, totalling $2,000, is available to transfer students who demonstrate outstanding academic acheivement in college. This scholarship will be offered to a limited number of admitted students transferring from a Colorado two-year college to Colorado State University, Ft. Collins. The award is automatically disbursed over two years ( $1,000 a year ) provided requirements for renewal are met. The application for admission will serve as the application for this scholarship. Students elected to receive the award will be notified in writing in mid-June.
