What is my username?
Your username is composed by your last name followed by the last 4 digits on your student ID (starting with S). For example, if your last name is Doe and your Student ID is S12345678, then your username is doe5678. If your last name contains special characters such as apostrophes, hyphens, periods, etc... do not type those in your username.

What is my password?
Your password is by default your month and day of birth in MMDD (4 digits) format.

Using Mac computers?
The only supported browser is Firefox 1.05 or higher.

Using AOL?
The browser that ships with AOL is not compatible with our systems. Our systems only support full versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape. To use Internet Explorer or Netscape with AOL, simply connect to AOL and minimize the AOL window. Then, double-click the Internet Explorer or Netscape icon on your Desktop.
